These Terms govern use of the FamilyRhythm website and product.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FamilyRhythm provides tools for parents and guardians to structure household tasks, responsibility systems, and allowances.
The product is infrastructure. It is not advice, counseling, or financial planning.
You remain responsible for how the system is used inside your household.
Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
Children may use the system only under the supervision and control of a parent account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

If you purchase a subscription:
We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. If pricing changes, you will receive advance notice before renewal.
Founding Member Pricing: The first 500 families who subscribe receive Founding Member pricing at $90/year. This rate is locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription. Founding Member status is not transferable and does not carry over after cancellation. If a Founding Member cancels and later reactivates, standard pricing applies at the time of reactivation.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the system.
We store and process that content solely to operate the service.
We do not claim ownership of your household data.
If you close your account, data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.
We aim for reliability.
However, the service is provided as is.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Family systems require clarity to function well.
